- Scholarship assistance
- Health insurance (OSHC/OVHC) assistance
- Professional Year program guidance
- Skills assessment support
- PTE and NAATI coaching referrals
- Other related educational and migration services
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
- Pay all fees as agreed upon
- Follow our advice and recommendations in good faith
- Comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations
- Notify us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees will be communicated to you before you engage our services. Payment terms and conditions will be outlined in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to modify our fees with reasonable notice.
5. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to provide the best possible service, we cannot guarantee:
- Admission to any specific educational institution
- Approval of any visa application
- Award of any scholarship
- Any specific outcome from our services
Final decisions rest with the relevant institutions and government authorities. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to changes in government policy, institutional requirements, and individual circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
Suvaansh Educational Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for our services.
7. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). However, we may share your information with educational institutions, government authorities, and service providers as necessary to provide our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Suvaansh Educational Services and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services to any client at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service. You may also terminate our services by providing written notice. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, we encourage clients to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to mediation before any court proceedings are commenced.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
